Dr. Hannah and the rest of the west Albany dental staff were absolutely amazing. I had a broken tooth and was not a current patient and called and they were able to give me a quote and a next day available appointment for my emergency situation. During my extraction, Dr. Hannah was so kind, patient, and gentle with me making the entire procedure easy and as painless as possible. Would highly recommend if you struggle with dental anxiety. I felt heard, seen, and understood through the entire process. Thank you to Dr. Hannah and staff for helping me in my time of need! Will definitely be a permanent patient after this.

The team is cohesive and work together very well to help provide great care. The transition from previous ownership to the new team has gone very well and it's been a pleasure to witness. I've always received good care over the many years and they continues.

This facility is one of the BEST that I’ve been to. Dr. Glazunov and ALL of the staff go the extra mile to take care of their patients. The therapy dog named is Wiz makes it even more special. I’m grateful to be putting my dental care in their hands!

My longtime dentist retired and I was looking for a new dental office. I couldn’t be more pleased to have discovered West Albany Dental! The staff are super friendly and helpful! I had my teeth cleaned today. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr Hannah is the BEST! She is knowledgeable and experienced. She evaluates the condition of my teeth and strikes a careful balance between being proactive without proposing unnecessary treatment. They use state-of-the-art equipment. Recently I had a crown done-all in the same day! No more temporaries and coming back a week later! If going to the dentist makes you anxious, they put you at ease with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t recommend Dr Hannah and her staff enough! You won’t be disappointed!

I hadn’t been able to get some much needed work done on my teeth for years ( I have some dental phobia) something about Dr Hannah and her team and their patience and understanding helped me get thru all of my dental work with out issue. Also having Wiz her sweet puppy on my lap during my visit was so comforting. Dr Hannah’s dentistry is also exceptional! 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!

Today was my 1st visit with West Albany Dental. And im very happy with my visit. They are very gentle, soft spoken. And did a great job explaining the process. I would definitely recommend this office!! I was very cautious about booking with a new Dentist. As I had a bad experience with my former dentist, and I let that experience deter me from seeking a new one. Im very happy I reached out to this office. ☺️
