I tried another dental but I will never leave my favorite dental again. From the time you walk through the door until you walk out everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. I missed them so much!
I am very happy with 901 Dental. The staff and Dentist are very kind and compassionate. The office smells amazing and well kept. They keep chilled water in the lobby for those who are waiting. When I need them they always get me scheduled right away. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist. Thank you for taking good care of me and my family!
Highly recommend 901 Dental! Their prices are very reasonable, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Great service and great value!
I had a very concerning experience at this office. I returned for an appointment specifically to have tooth #30 extracted, which was clearly listed on my treatment plan and printed paperwork. However, during the procedure the dentist extracted tooth #31 instead. At no point during the appointment was I informed that a different tooth would be removed, nor was any change to the treatment plan discussed with me beforehand. After the procedure, I brought this to their attention. I was told that I must have misunderstood and that the tooth they removed was worse. However, the documentation I was given clearly shows that I was scheduled to have tooth #30 extracted, and there is no mention of tooth #31 on the paperwork. Shortly after I left the office, I received a phone call asking me to return the same day so they could extract the correct tooth at no charge. While I do appreciate that they performed the second extraction and bone graft at no cost, this additional procedure would not have been necessary had the correct tooth been extracted initially. As a result, I ended up undergoing two extractions and bone graft procedures instead of one, and I have experienced significant pain and recovery issues that likely could have been avoided if the original treatment plan had been followed. My main concern is the lack of communication and verification before performing a procedure. Patients should feel confident that the treatment being performed matches the documented plan and that any changes are clearly discussed beforehand. I hope this review encourages the office to implement better verification and communication practices so that situations like this do not happen to other patients. Additionally, given the circumstances, I believe it would be reasonable to request a refund for the $300 dental service plan I purchased as well as the cost of the original extraction, as the procedure that was initially performed did not match the documented treatment plan and resulted in additional treatment that should not have been necessary.
I had a great experience! I called on Wednesday, and they were able to book appointments for me and my wife the very next day, very accommodating and professional. The online patient forms were easy to fill out, and the office itself was clean, modern, and welcoming, with a mini-fridge stocked with bottled water at the front desk. They use advanced equipment, including a 360° X-ray machine and a small sensor for detailed imaging. Nicole, the dental assistant, was friendly and made the process smooth. Valerie, the hygienist, was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Carla was thorough and professional, making the visit comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended!
