Spring Dental

What a great experience! I felt right at home from the moment I walked into the clinic. I am hard of hearing and the lovely ladies helped me with checking in in a private and professional manner. They addressed my problems and gave me a practical treatment plan that fits my needs physically and financially. Every staff member I encountered was kind and caring. They treated me just like family! I have found my dental home.

its good once im in the office. staff are friendly and go easy on you and make you feel safe and like that your in good hands. BUT the outside experience is a headache. one lady in particular keeps responding pretty rudely and is very dismissive. ive had insurance connected to my employer, social and card id and insurance provider id and they fought with me for a few days saying they can only take a certain ID and not the ones i provided. but eventually i was able to use those forms of id to find my insurance low and behold. also i had my cleaning sceduled in march. delayed twice. had my cleaning done in june. there is a waiting list but those times would be random and not garenteed if you work during normal hours during the day only reason im giving 4 stars is because my dentist who has cleaned my teeth and done my first filling at age 23 made me feel comfortable and does the job very well. lots of experienced dentists here. also the doctor is very gentle and reassuring and staff activly tried to help and maintain good hygiene because the less work they have to do to your teeth the easier it is for them also.

Cheapest dentist ive found. But they consistently reschedule my appointment and they didn't complete my cleaning because of "irritated gums" my gums felt fine. But I sure had to pay full price 😒 Staff is friendly though. Did great with my daughter. Rushed my boys. Definitely recommend breaking up the appointments with your children.

Very friendly. Hygienist cleaned my teeth with skill, she made me feel relaxed with her friendliness. I have a tooth that developed a cavity, has a crown on it. I don't want to lose it.They are giving treatments to help me save it.. I just did 2nd treatment helped so much. They are so careful, caring. I recommend this Dental office .

We had a great experience at Spring Dental! We got an appointment on an emergency basis and the staff treated us so good! My grandchild felt so safe and comfortable there! We will definitely be going there from now on!!

ADDENDUM: I didn’t end up going back after the office called (evidently after receiving my review) and stated that they couldn’t see me. I ended up finding a dentist here in town that didn’t try to take my insurance for the Max and got me in next day and fixed my tooth in 5 minutes flat. The entire office was very kind and patient oriented….. didn’t even gossip about the other patients and their grandkids as after the left the building. Sad that this other office was more fixed on the $$$$than the patient. Also to note, my husband was seen at the same time as I was for a cleaning……HE DIDN’T EVEN GET A CLEANING! Made an appt for a chipped front tooth to be repaired. When I arrived they started doing all kinds of X-rays, pano, bitewing etc. I asked why we were doing all of this for a chipped tooth. The DA said that I was booked for a comprehensive….. billed my insurance for the Max. The dentist came in and examined me and said “ok it was nice to meet you we’ll see ya next time” All of that and I left without them fixing my tooth. Told me I was a new patient and I had to have that….. except I technically wasn’t a new patient because I had been there for treatment in 2024. I’ll let them fix my tooth TOMORROW but I won’t be going back to a dentist that treats you more like a car dealership and tried to see how much they can get you to buy

I actually love this dental office. Besides being the only one I know of that takes Medicare/ Medicaid the staff is wonderful and the dentists are knowledgeable, skillful and gentle.
