Family Dental of Cedar Park

This office is well kept, everything looks clean. Their hygienist is very nice and does a good job. My only complaint is their lack of communication. I had a cleaning scheduled and had called a day prior to my appointment to double check if I had any copays and I was advised that I didn’t. After my cleaning while checking out I was advised there a copay due for the cleaning since it was a different type of cleaning. The same was done for my daughter’s cleaning appointment this week but for a fluoride treatment apparently. She was not advised that the service wasn’t covered by insurance prior to them performing the service. Very disappointing with them on that note. No other treatment done with them.

Very thankful they were able to see me on short notice. I came in with severe tooth pain and finally got an explanation of the real issue after the exam and X-rays. The dentist was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

They are very professional and helped me feel comfortable with everything. They have all the latest equipment to do there job well and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist…

Love this place and all the staff! From the moment you step in to the office, you are greeted by a very friendly helpful front office. The entire office is nice and clean, lobby even has box ceiling with 5 stage molding and chair rail with coffee bar. The Dentist is professional patient kind and I would highly recommend him, his dental hygienists and entire office staff. They all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! Know that you are in great hands!

I’ve been going to family dental of cedar park for about ten years. I absolutely love them! Everyone is amazing that works here. I completely trust them. I’ve been to other places that have told me I needed x, y and z and wasn’t sure if I should go ahead or get another quote. You trust that dentist offices want what’s in your best interest but that’s not always the case. When I came to family dental they told me I didn’t need all these other services that would’ve cost me thousands. Family dental is phenomenal, honest, trustworthy, reliable. They’re the best!!

I had my tooth extracted and the whole procedure was so smooth and it took less than 20 minutes. Dr. Yang is very friendly and willing to spend time to answers all my concerns.

I had an extraction done by Dr Yang that was practically painless. They numbed my gums with a gel that was spread on my gums near the tooth. He numbed me further with several needle injections, then had me sit for 20 minutes to make sure I was numb. For the extraction, there was a lot of firm pressure, but zero pain. Dr Yang asked me multiple times if I was comfortable and if I felt any pain. I was also told to raise my hand if I felt any pain and they would give me more pain shots. Sasha helped Dr Yang with the procedure by rinsing and suctioning out my mouth as needed. Post operation pain was controlled by OTC acetaminophen and ibuprofen we already had at home. I was able to stop taking the medicine after three days. I was very nervous about pain during and after the extraction, but I really had nothing to worry about. I was in good hands with Dr Yang and Sasha.
