Fired them today. Not for the cleaning - they are efficient and do an adequate job. It's just that their customer service and billing personnel are always short with me and sometimes rude (today). There are dozens of dentists within miles, so just don't have to be treated this way.

I had an amazing first visit at Heritage Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. The office was clean, comfortable, and made me feel at ease right away. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I truly appreciated the patience and care shown during my visit. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office, and I’m happy to have found a place I can trust.
