Haley and Rebecca were absolutely amazing, and the doctors were exceptional. I was recently laid off from my job and lost a crown during a surgical procedure while performing intubation. They fit me into their schedule immediately. After I explained my financial situation, Haley and Rebecca both reassured me that my well-being was far more important than the cost. When you’re going through a difficult time, it’s people like this dentist and their incredible staff who remind you that genuine compassion still exists and that not everything is about money. This rating is for Dr. Koo and how she addressed my mother's issue. My mother had some implants done about 2-3 years ago by Dr. Moon. The work was good and went rather smoothly. One of the filling for the implant came off. I was able to get an appointment same day. Dr. Koo fix it quickly. She also have a 30 yr implant that came loose several months ago. We thought it would have to come out. Dr. Koo said the post is good and the implant just need to be tighten. She was able to find a screw driver that worked but not fit 100%. She was able to get it fixed. Dr. Koo could have easily said that it need to be replace, but she was ethical. She has won our loyalty. Can't said this about the other doctors in the office.

Spent over 6 hours here for what was supposed to be a root canal. A serious mistake during the procedure caused heavy bleeding, and the plan was abruptly changed to extraction. The dentist then left without a proper handover, and another doctor took over without knowing my case. The clinic lights even shut off during the procedure due to a scheduled power outage. Although they refunded me and apologized, I completely lost trust in this clinic. Do not recommend.

Dr. Choi and his staff make a great team. Organized, professional, and kind. I appreciate what they do, been coming here for years.

I recently visited Dr. Moon’s office for a dental implant and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Moon’s clinical skills are truly impressive, making the entire procedure feel seamless and professional. I strongly recommend this office to anyone considering dental implants.

Been going here over 8 years and had a cut gum get infected and was in excruciating pain called to see if they could see me asap and just persribe me some anti biotic it would have taken only a couple of minutes and i would be good they said best we can do is 2 days out they didnt care about the urgency of the situation i had to go to an emergency room instead cost me an arm and leg this is on top of dr moon being too busy to do anything but look in your mouth and move on to the next . your just a number here they have outgrown me and you im finding a new dentist

UPDATE 4 - just finished Invisalign with Dr Moon. Once again amazing service, amazing staff - if you need a great family dentist that can do it all you really need to go to Dr Moon. UPDATE 3 - standard cleaning today. Great service. Highly recommend. UPDATE 2 - The best example of a professional organization is how they handle adversity and challenging situations. Over the past few months I have had a challenge getting a reimbursement for a procedure. The issue revolved around what the insurance company authorized, when it was processed and how the back office communicated with me. As a result I become frustrated and will go so far as to say ANGRY with the process. That doesn't mean I was incorrect, however, after having a conversation with Dr. Moon directly (he called me) it is clear that he handled the situation exactly as I would have expected every professional service company to handle it. Not only did he reprocess my claim, he went the extra mile to personally reimburse me from his own pocket while he waits for the insurance claim to reprocess. Furthermore, during our conversation, instead of arguing with me or defending the events, he took responsibility for the challenge and used it as an opportunity to provide training and procedural insight to his staff. Again, exactly what so many other less reputable companies simply don't do these days. As a result, I am more than happy to recommend Dr. Moon and Haymarket Dental Complete Care to anyone in need of dental care. Just a quick note on my actual procedure: I contacted my previous dentist because my tooth was hurting and I was about to go on a trip. When I spoke to my old provider they graciously said we can see you in TWO WEEKS. Dr. Moon's team made time for me same day - Dr. Moon provided exceptional same day service where he saved a severely fractured tooth with a crown he made in his office while I waited. Again, Dr. Moon - thank you for taking the time to reach out and work through the insurance/communication issues personally. Much Appreciated.
