Dr. Jay is exceptional! My daughter developed a toothache, and I called at the last minute hoping to find an appointment later in the day. Dr. Jay personally answered the phone after hours, and although his wonderful staff quickly arranged an appointment for Monday, he went above and beyond by staying late to see my daughter the very same day. To make matters worse, I accidentally went to the wrong office location, but Dr. Jay was incredibly understanding and still welcomed my daughter as a new patient. From the moment we called, everyone was kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about helping us through a dental emergency. Always a relaxing and easy experience. I had a couple cavities filled, and this was such a smooth process, I managed to doze off in the chair. Dr Jay is so thoughtful and skilled at what he does, you feel very well taken care of.
