the most wonderful, friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable staff ever!!! everyone here made me feel so heard and understood! they are quick to respond and help with any problem you might have at all!! they are making my Invisalign treatment easy and accessible and celebrate my excitement with me! truly could not be more grateful to have such a wonderful group of people by my side!!!

I am very pleased with my new bridge. The temporary that was installed worked very well while waiting on the permanent one to be made. The permanent bridge is now installed and it fits perfectly. Great job. Thanks.

I had a pleasant experience there but I received a bill for 350! The dentist mentioned something I needed and I was informed that my insurance would covered the procedure and I even paid 150 before I left but I received a bill for $350! I called the office and they told me they’re not sure why I had a bill for 350 and didn’t even explain my insurance or the reasons for the cost. I’m now looking for new dentist.

Issues with billing and was not notified about charges until months later plus I had insurance. Went up there to pay and the receptionist stated that I will see a better picture of everything once I "zero" the balance. When that fee was paid and I received my print out, there was a duplicate charge of what I already paid from the previous visit. The receptionist claimed that she is calling the account manager and stated that she will be in a 10 min. I waited and then she turned around and told me it would be 30 min. All I wanted was the $15 difference from where billing screwed up. I tried to call later that afternoon and now my calls are unanswered. From the business perspective, it has not been pleasant. Great dental office and staff has been great but I don't play about money especially when I want things to be made right professionally.

Really just can’t believe how incredible this dental office is in every way. The front desk staff is so receptive and warm you feel like you’re coming back home on a holiday break. The hygienists are exceptional, deft and intuitive to a degree I’ve not found at any prior dental office. And lastly, Dr. Cain is remarkable. The definition of achieving mastery in the field of dental surgery personified. Love these guys!

Dr Cain and his staff are the best I’ve experienced in all of dentistry. I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They’re professional, thorough, friendly, and provide a comfortable atmosphere for what, for some, can be a stressful situation. Whenever I’ve used Dr Cain for my dental needs, I’ve never felt stressed. Rather, I’ve always felt relaxed and listened to.
