So thankful for the wonderful experience I had here today, after having a not-so-great visit elsewhere that made me scared to even try a new dentist. It was simple and straightforward, and I loved how Dr. Strother talked me through what he was thinking while looking at my X-rays and checking my teeth. As someone who works in medical imaging, I really appreciate the doctor wanting me to understand what he sees and his action plan. My hygienist Kenia (hopefully correct spelling) was great as well. I was genuinely excited to go up and make my next cleaning appointment :)
Hi , I came across your profile on Google and noticed you have a strong offering, but it seems your visibility and reviews don’t fully reflect the value you provide. Many potential customers often choose based on online presence and social proof, which means you might be missing out on clients who are actively looking for what you do. I help businesses strengthen their social media presence, build trust, and turn those visitors into paying customers. Would you be open to a quick chat about how we could position your brand to capture more of that opportunity?
Long time patient for the last 5 years. The dentists themselves are great. The front desk service however is abysmal. They are very disrespectful, defensive, and try to pin the blame on you. For instance, I received a phone call at 6am asking for a billing clarification. This woke up the family and when I tried to provide feedback, the answer was "this is my job" and refused to apologize or take responsibility, rather saying both sides made a mistake. This is one of many examples of rude and terrible customer service at the front desk over the years. The only reason I put up with it is proximity to work and established records already.
Dr. James Strother is the best dentists I have ever seen. When I go in for my routine checks, he not only checks my teeth, but also my jaws, bites and tongue health. It’s sad that he only sees patients on Saturdays. But Dr. Olson is awesome as well. He is very patient with all the questions. Hope the assistants can be more patient and don’t interfere conversations between patients and the doctors (it happened twice when they just came in to rush the doctor to finish things/conversations. They could totally avoid this if they don’t overbook themselves).
Their customer service skills are significantly lower than their equipment and dental skills. They don't greet patients and often speak in an argumentative tone
