Ruby is an amazing dental hygienist! She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and professional. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took her time explaining everything she was doing and gave helpful tips on how to better care for my teeth at home. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking for a hygienist who is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive

I was pretty nervous going in at first, but she calmed my nerves and made me feel at ease. She walked me through the steps start to finish. She truly was amazing and I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism.

I went to Mint Dentistry for this first time this week and was very impressed with the doctors and their team! I was greeted immediately walking in and was taken care of in a timely manner. Casey was wonderful and did an amazing job at my cleaning. I was comfortable and relaxed enough to close my eyes and rest. Their office made it easy enough to come back again in the future. I’ve been a patient here for years and the dentists and hygienists are great. My recent experience with the front office was disappointing due to billing transparency and communication. I scheduled a routine cleaning expecting standard preventive coverage, but additional diagnostic x-rays were taken without any cost discussion beforehand. When I questioned the charge, the explanation kept changing, which created confusion and frustration. I later learned the charge was tied to diagnostic x-rays rather than the cleaning itself, but this was never clearly communicated in advance. Clear financial estimates and respectful communication go a long way in healthcare settings. I hope the office improves transparency for future patients.
