This time I didn’t feel the cleaning was worth. Usually I feel really clean and fresh, no bad breath, but this time I felt unclean. Not satisfied.

Jill is a great office manager and was an absolute delight to walk me through all my needs! She was very friendly, professional and transparent when going over their recommendations. I felt very taken care of and I will be recommending this place always!

Dr Tsang was excellent! Explained everything always made sure i was comfortable and answered all my questions. Would recommend him and entire staff!

Dr Santiago was amazing. Very knowledgeable , very informative during and after the treatment and very laid back I really liked him and the front desk was very helpful

I went to this office for a dental implant with Dr. Steve. During my first visit, no fees were ever discussed — I was simply told to come back in a week to get a temporary flipper and that the implant would be done in a few months. When I returned, I was shocked to learn the flipper cost over $1,000, and after insurance and a discount, I had to pay $365 out-of-pocket. I asked for a written breakdown of the upcoming procedure costs, but it was never provided. Later, after losing the flipper, I was told I would have to pay full price for a replacement. There was a complete lack of transparency about pricing, which is unacceptable for major procedures like implants.

Dr Santiago was 20 minutes late for the appointment while we unable to find the entrance to the building. Luckily the receptionist was helpful in directing us. The periodontal check was satisfactory. He explained throughly offering several good options. Staff members were friendly.
