The whole office was wonderful! So friendly, so gentle. Very professional and accommodating. I had to have some dental work done after my cleaning and the entire visit was by far the best dentist experience I have ever had!

I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone is so kind and welcoming—from Tara at the front desk to Sarah the hygienist and Dr. Bassani. The care is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient, and I always feel like I’m in the best hands. So grateful to have found such a wonderful, women-led practice!
I had my first appointment with Dr Bassani today and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Tara is so helpful, welcoming, and informative at the front desk. Sara was meticulous with my cleaning and was so gentle. Michelle was friendly and very easy to talk to! I’ve had extensive dental work done over the years, and was very anxious about finding a new practice. Dr Bassani could not have been nicer, and I felt like my exam was extremely thorough. I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful practice right in Media!
I was introduced to Dr. Bassani years ago at her former practice, and she has since helped me regain my oral health and transform my smile. Her recommendations for surgical and orthodontic providers were excellent. When she left the city to start her own practice, I was sad to see her go. I recently made the trip to Media to establish care at her new office, and I was not disappointed! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The care remains top-notch, and after 36 years, I am finally smiling in photos. I have personally recommended many of my friends and colleagues to Dr. Bassani, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to travel out of the city.
