The staff at this establishment is truly awesome. They are the definition and in my opinion the industry standard for customer service. True professionals. From beginning to end I felt like part of the work family. I appreciate their dedication and thank them for their service.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They are always prompt, and I really appreciate that there's little to no waiting time. My dental hygienist, Jennifer, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my visit a great experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. They truly go above and beyond for their patients!

Can I just say WOW!!!! It has been awhile since I visited a dentist that I had an awesome experience. The staff was so very helpful, friendly,and knowledgeable. Even though I had to cancel my initial appointment at the last minute because of an illness, they were quick to get me back in without the attitude you would normally get elsewhere when an unplanned event happens. Also, I have to say this was the best and most pleasant cleaning I have had in years since I moved away from my regular dentist and hygienist. Thank you to Dr.Alex Symborski DMD and his wonderful staff.

Been going here for almost 6 years. Always have a cleaning every 6 months. Never any issue. Now I owe a ton of money for something I always get done? Never was told I was going to owe anything. No one ever returns calls. I was enjoying this dentist but now with the lack of communication and help in understanding why my bill is as much as it is. I will not be returning back.

All required forms were completed online prior to arrival. At check-in, the manager asked me to sign multiple times on a signature pad. While she explained verbally, I was not shown the documents or allowed to review them. When I raised a reasonable concern, the response was rude and dismissive rather than reassuring. In a healthcare setting, informed consent requires that patients are able to review and understand documents before signing, not rely solely on verbal summaries. Transparency and respectful communication are essential to patient trust and compliance.
