Every time I come to Orlando Dental Center I have had a positive experience. Staff is very nice, and welcoming. Very courteous Dentists, hygenists and office management. High level of honesty, and a very deep focus on patient satisfaction. I would recommend Orlando Dental Center to my family, and friends without a question. 10+ year patient!
Laurie and Dr Barrios were great. Not impressed with the front desk staff. They seemed chatty with peers and dismissive with patients in waiting room. . However they seemed good with phone etiquette, answering calls and speaking with patients.
It is close to home and had good experience years ago with the dentist that sold the practice. It's pleasant but not at all the same. I stopped by to ask if they took my insurance and was told no and there was a new patient special without insurance. I waited 35 minutes after checking in. The hygienist was great but the dentist was not. They charged me way more than I was quoted for the cleaning because they actually do take my insurance. I only have a plan that has a yearly allowance and would have gone elsewhere to save some of it if they hadn't told me differently.
So happy to be back to my old clinic. Although, I have a new DMD now, doctor Berrios was very nice and straight to the point on what needs to be done and treatment that is imperative. Staff impeccable & professionally courteous as usual.
Unfortunately, I really did loved this place… I was going here for YEARS!!!!!!!! Since I had my first job with dental insurance this place WAS my dental office. 2025 came and they broke my trust. They booked me with an “out of network” dentist. This was after I asked them for an estimate price after my insurance was ran. They didn’t say anything!!!!!!! When they sent me the bill of course I called my insurance, cause this dentist would never???? Right! My insurance told me what they did!!!!! Man I called up there and asked the desk what does my insurance say? Flat out told me!! I’m not in network. COME AGAIN? Yall really disappointed me. Some of the new and OG hygienists were always so nice. ILL REMEMBER THEM. But FORGET THE NEW FRONT DESK PEOPLE YALL HAVE!!!! I went in the beginning of 2025. I have never gone back since!!!! It’s really sad. Life goes on yall. God bless.
