So far the only dentist in Austin I've ever wanted to back to! The staff is wonderful at listening to you, giving you positive feedback, and instructions to help keep your hard earned teeth healthy between visits. They have accommodated my additional needs and worked with me to create a treatment plan that reflected them. When I've needed care outside of scheduled visits they always did their best to find a time that worked with me.

The team here is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and educate you on what’s actually happening to your teeth and gums. They are incredibly thorough and listen to your concerns and needs. Cassie - the assistant - made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole new patient appt. Definitely recommend Serenity dental for any dental work, cleaning, or just peace of mind when it comes to the health of your mouth.

I love it! As someone who’s scared of the dentist I felt so comfortable and welcome at Serenity! They explained everything thoroughly and gave me detailed lists of all of their treatment plan recommendations but did not pressure me at all. Everyone on the team is amazing and I especially love the dental hygienist and Cassie they’re awesome. Thank you guys!!!

I’ve been having some trouble with my wisdom teeth and the team at Serenity was absolutely wonderful! It was very easy to schedule my initial appointment, I had to reschedule my appointment at first too and they were super kind about it. I have a lot of dental anxiety as well and the environment and staff at Serenity made me feel at ease. The dentist himself is also very kind. He explained my treatment plan to me and made sure I understood things. Overall my anxiety was eased a little, I fully understood the plan for my teeth, and the staff are phenomenal people. I absolutely recommend this office to anyone who has anxiety or worries about their teeth. No judgement, mostly stress free (I have severe anxiety it’s not their fault), very easy appointment experience. I’ll likely update my review after my wisdom teeth are taken out too!

Been going to Serenity Dental Studio for a while now and I am always pleased with the quality of care I receive. I’ve had a painful experience with them, even with more intensive procedures such as fillings. They are very organized and upfront with their billing. They always make sure I fully understand what the treatment plan is, what my insurance is expected to cover and what I need to pay. Also, Dr. Hersheal is great! He really does care about his patient’s and is exceptionally talented. Their equipment is top notch and lastly, they are open on Saturdays which is huge for anyone with a full schedule.

I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and kind. The office was clean, organized, and had such a calming atmosphere. The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed. I never felt rushed, and they truly cared about my comfort throughout the entire visit. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend this office. I’m so glad I found them and will definitely be returning!
