Very good experience! Tiffany (RDH) was very thorough and very sweet. She took the time to get to know me and I enjoyed learning a bit about her. Dr. Bruce is very nice and also thorough. Explained findings very well to me. Ashley at the front is very warm and welcoming. As great in person as she was on the phone when first contacting the office. Thank you all!
This is a long-awaited review. On 2/24/2025 our last visit was a nightmare. My son 9 was having an infection and the doctor didn’t drain the pus out before extracting his tooth. My son was crying and kicking off pain during the procedure and he wouldn’t STOP! He kept saying it was just pressure and continued to ignore my pleas for him to stop bc I could see my son’s face in agony. His assistant had to tell him to stop! I was so shaken because I had never in my life experienced or been in this situation. He continued to tell me it wasn’t pain but my son was screaming and kicking out of pain and dared to gaslight me. He added more anesthesia to the area and it wasn’t working. I had to leave his office and go to another pediatric dentist they referred me to with my son’s mouth full of blood and in pain. I’m still angry after a year with this horrible experience. If he didn’t specialize in children why did he accept children in his office? He is lucky I didn’t report him to the board. My son after this experience gets extremely anxious and scared. He did apologize and gave us a Chick-fil-A gift card, but the trauma my son had to go through was not enough. All we wanted was to have a trusted, knowledgeable, doctor who knows what they are doing and to make us feel safe. Pictures of before and after. My son was not scared or bothered to get treatment. The aftermath when he was traumatized.
I’m getting dental treatment at this place. It is the best. Doctor Bruce and Molly make me feel like family. Doctor Bruce is very picky. A perfectionist. - and so am I, so we make a great team. 😊. Everyone makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Thank you Upstate Smiles.
Dr. Bruce and his staff are simply the best in town. They go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Bruce is a very talented and well-respected dentist and you understand exactly why as his patient. He makes sure you are happy with the finished product by taking his time and putting a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend he and his staff to anyone.
Upstate is an excellent dental care provider. Staff is organized, thorough and pleasant. Bree did a great job with my cleaning.
Wonderful, friendly staff. I have been going to Dr. Bruce for 20 +/- years. I have ventured out due to insurance changes, However I have always came back. He is truly the best in the area!
