Ok let me tell you all my real experience. My daughter was having severe tooth pain, so I booked an appointment. She is an existing patient. After many requests, they finally agreed to see us. The whole time, they kept saying it should be treated as an emergency. During the visit, they only took an X-ray, but her doctor was not there. Then why they will charge for an emergency visit, and what was the reason for us coming in if no treatment could be provided? They then asked us to wait outside for no reason, only to later tell us to go home and schedule another appointment when the doctor would be available. I was shocked and asked why, especially since the next available appointment was a week later. What if something happened before then? And yes, the very next day, my daughter developed facial swelling and a fever. With terrible pain. I called the clinic many times. They noted down my concerns but did not even bother to call back. The people there do not seem to care about their patients. They are extremely busy professionals, but that should not come at the cost of patient care. I even asked if I could speak to the doctor directly or if he could at least prescribe antibiotics for the swelling and fever, but no one called me back. Very disappointing. My daughter loves her dentist, but neither the doctor nor the staff showed any concern for her situation. Thank you.

Come only if you have a lot of time!! Terrible service. I had my appointment at 4:00pm. I came at 3:45pm and I was call at 5:00pm. I left at 6:00pm is not that crazy??? 2,5 hours just for a cleaning. Plus dirty floor 😒 and chairs. Please look for another provider.

I scheduled my first appointment at this office months in advance, expecting a smooth and professional experience. When I arrived, the waiting area was extremely crowded only two chairs were available which made it feel like the office had overbooked patients. I wasn’t called to the front desk until about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and then waited another 15 minutes before being taken for X-rays and an exam. That part of the visit went smoothly, and the staff I interacted with were pleasant. However, after the exam, I was told to return to the waiting area for my cleaning. Shortly after sitting down, I was called back to the desk and informed that they would not be able to perform the cleaning that day and that I would need to reschedule despite having booked this appointment months ago. I drove 40 minutes for this visit and ended up receiving only half of the service I scheduled. This was extremely disappointing and a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Very clean. Nice customer service. Everyone was pleasant from front desk, the Spanish guy in front l desk with the nice nails was nice and friendly face to look at, to the I am not sure if he was the head doctor the Indian doctor was so informative and pleasant and intelligent. I like the doctor that did my teeth. She was Asian I do not remember her name but she was really good my teeth look so clean and pretty plus I feel like she had a nice routine in how she cleaned my teeth and I felt like she cared about my teeth and experience, But I think they are all really good there because the black American doctor was pleasant in how he interacted with clients and I saw he was doing a good job. Overall a great experience. See in 6 months!

I had a great experience at the Union location of Eastern Dental. The office is clean and welcoming. The employees were friendly and informative. The x-ray tech made me laugh and had a great sense of humor. So did the dentist and the hygienist. Their equipment is new and spotless. I felt beyond happy when I walked out today after my checkup and cleaning. Would definitely recommend them and will be going back in 6 months for my next appointment.

I am extremely happy with the service I received at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. I was especially pleased with Dr. M. Patel and his assistant, Melissa. I was very nervous coming in for my visit, but they both made everything so comfortable and stress-free. They were kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I experienced and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.

That dental office is really amazing!!! The staff is incredibly. They welcome you since the first time you come inside. The hygienist's personal is really professional and make you feel comfortable. In fact, it's the best place you can go for a dental checkup and other services. I highly recommend it.
