My teeth have been saved!!! Everyone is sooo nice! The receptionist, the dental assistants, everyone! Dr. Lee and the dental assistant Riley, were absolutely amazing!! I went in for a cavity and left with my head held up high regarding my other dental issues. I had lost quite a bit of hope but Dr. Lee reassured me which is exactly what I needed. Dr. Smilee is my new dental doctor and I would happily encourage anyone looking for treatment to give this place a visit! 10/10

One of the easiest appointments I've ever had. The office staff was incredible. Rylee was so funny and easy to talk to. She really helped to calm my nerves and made sure to explain everything. Will definitely be revisiting

This place is amazing! It had an arcade for kids with superhero themes, super comfy couches in the waiting room and everyone was so nice. They made my son's visit so easy and he actually had fun with the whole appointment! It was quick and easy and they worked great with kids. Although we have insurance, their multiple payment options for others was impressive and easy to understand. The overall atmosphere was calm, happy and easy.

The staff is extremely professional. Dr. Lee gave in-depth details about my treatment plan, what is going to be done to what to expect before, during and after my upcoming procedure. The staff is WONDERFUL, VERY PROFESSIONAL they all were extremely welcoming.

I have no email address to send this to so here it is: Dr. Lee, First, I owe you an apology. I'm disappointed in how I handled myself at the office today. The situation escalated in a way that I regret, and that's on me. You and your team have taken good care of me over the years and many cleanings, and you deserved better than the way I reacted. That said, I want to be honest about what triggered it. I've been a loyal patient for some time, and the $30 x-ray charge today was new — and it came after the x-rays were already taken, with no advance notice. I would have appreciated a heads-up before the service, not an invoice after. That felt like a bait-and-switch, and it caught me off guard. I'm not writing to re-argue the $30. I'm writing because I'd rather resolve this as two decent men than leave it as a conflict. I value the care I've received from your practice, and I hope we can move forward with mutual respect. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Yasmeen and May were both very welcoming, friendly, and professional. They greeted us promptly upon arrival and were eager to assist with anything we needed. Their positive attitude and attentiveness made the entire experience pleasant. It’s always refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely care about providing great service.
