If you value your time, avoid this dental office. This practice shows little to no respect for patients’ schedules. Expect excessive wait times, even when arriving for a scheduled appointment. What should be a routine visit turns into a drawn-out ordeal with long delays and unnecessary interruptions. Even more frustrating is the apparent focus on maximizing billable services rather than providing efficient, patient-centered care. Simple visits often feel like fishing expeditions for additional exams, procedures, and charges that seem designed to generate revenue rather than address actual patient needs. A dental office should value professionalism, transparency, and respect for its patients’ time. Unfortunately, this office falls short on all three. There are plenty of dentists who run on schedule and prioritize patient care over upselling. Skip this one.

I am absolutely THRILLED with my care at Integrity dental. My fear of dentists had sadly kept me away ftom the dentist for many years but they put me at ease and were so gentle, caring, painless and provided the best service. Upon entry you are welcomed to a very calming, homey esthetic. The waiting room is welcoming and comfortable. The office is always festively decorated for the holidays and it makes you feel calm while waiting. I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist but Integrity dental has made that possible. From teeth cleanings to fillings to extractions - my experience has been so pleasant and painless. I'm truly grateful to have found them. My son had been using them for years and they were always so good to him and always very accommodating. Having Saturday appointments available really makes my dental needs very convenient. I recently returned to Integrity Dental after going to another dentist only because it was closer to home and convenient for my kids to walk to. I’m so glad I came back. The staff are friendly, professional, and make me feel comfortable every visit. The office is clean, smells great, and there is never a long wait to be seen. Everything is efficient, thorough, and handled with care. Highly recommend!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but when an experience is truly exceptional, it deserves to be shared. I’ve had repeated trauma with dentists throughout my life, which made me very resistant to going as an adult. Walking into Integrity Dental, I carried a lot of that anxiety with me. Within minutes of meeting Dr. Kapoor, it completely changed. His presence is incredibly calm, gentle, and reassuring. He explained every step of what he was doing, educated me on my options, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable the entire time. I felt safe in a dental chair for the first time in my life. I even had two cavity fillings done back-to-back, and it was genuinely a breeze. His assistant Jackie was phenomenal — nurturing, attentive, and extremely professional. She made me feel cared for the entire time. The entire office staff is just as wonderful; from the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness. If you’ve ever had dental anxiety or past trauma like I have, Integrity Dental is the place to go. I’m honestly blown away by the level of care. For the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning in six months.
